Involves payroll support and employee record keeping We are currently looking for a **Timekeeper / HR Assistant** with excellent experience to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper and HR Assistant. * Strong knowledge of attendance management, timesheets, and payroll support. * Experience in HR administration, employee documentation, and record keeping. * Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain daily attendance and timesheets. * Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower records. * Assist in payroll preparation and leave management. * Maintain employee files and HR documentation. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities. * Prepare reports and ensure accurate employee records.
