




**\*\*Can speak Arabic** **Experience:** 3\+ years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within trauma, orthopedic, or a related clinical field. **Education :** A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business is preferred. **Key Skills:** * Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, surgical procedures, and OR environment. * Proven ability to meet/exceed targets, with negotiation, presentation, and business acumen **Key Requirements:** * Drive sales of orthopedic implants and surgical instruments, achieving targets and expanding business within assigned territory. * Provide expert in\-theater support to surgeons during trauma surgeries, ensuring correct implant use and instrument handling. * Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, theatre managers, and procurement teams. * Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and educational programs for hospital staff and distributors. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform sales approaches. * Manage product inventory, demo stock, orders, and CRM records. * Maintain on\-call availability for emergency cases, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. * Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. **• Driving license – advantage** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month
