Provide first-line technical support for assigned systems Associate IT Systems Engineer We are hiring an Associate IT Systems Engineer to take end\-to\-end ownership of multiple IT systems across different domains (e.g., infrastructure, networking, collaboration/workflow platforms, monitoring, backups). You will be responsible for learning assigned systems quickly, building and integrating reliable deployments, testing changes safely, documenting runbooks, and providing production support as the first technical point of contact for your portfolio. Required Experience * 2\+ years in hands\-on IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support (or equivalent practical experience). * Practical exposure to production troubleshooting (not just lab setups). * Experience maintaining at least two different system types (e.g., a server/platform plus a networking, monitoring, or backup component). Key Responsibilities * Learn and own assigned IT systems. * Build, configure, and integrate reliable solutions. * Test and validate system changes before deployment. * Troubleshoot incidents and restore services. * Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks. * Provide first\-line technical support for assigned systems.
