It provides advanced solutions to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for its members. **Role Dimensions** · Works across multiple platform modules including core insurance systems, provider portals, member apps, e\-claims engine, analytics dashboards and integration interfaces. · Support both operational enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. **Qualifications** * B\-tech degree in data science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related field. * 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or business intelligence. * Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. * Proven background in predictive analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and artificial intelligence technologies. * Strong capability in analytical reasoning, with effective stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills. * Able to excel in dynamic, high\-paced environments that require teamwork and collaboration **Technical Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modelling, and solution development. * Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Tableau. * Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, machine learning, and forecasting techniques. * Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and management across multiple data sources. * Sound understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and OCR solutions. * Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decision\-making. * Skilled in designing, validating, and optimizing analytical models to improve operational and business performance. * Effective at translating business requirements into data\-driven solutions and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders. **Behavioural Competencies** * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across diverse organizational levels. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross\-functional and multidisciplinary teams. * Adaptable and resilient, with the capacity to perform in dynamic and fast\-paced environments. * Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. * Results\-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high\-quality outcomes and business value.
