We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and ensure smooth front desk operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome guests and manage check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest enquiries. * Process payments, invoices, and billing accurately. * Provide information about resort facilities, dining, and local attractions. * Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain accurate guest records. * Promote resort services and loyalty programs. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and guest privacy standards. **Qualifications** **Required:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1\+ year of experience in a hotel front office, reception, or guest services role. * Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera PMS, Fidelio, or similar. * Excellent customer service, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred:** * Arabic or additional language skills. * Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Professional appearance with a positive, service\-focused attitude. **Why Join Tio Sea Resort?** * Competitive salary and employee benefits. * Career growth and training opportunities. * Supportive and professional team environment. * Be part of a luxury resort delivering exceptional guest experiences.
