**Clinical Nursing Care** * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. * Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Assist physicians during procedures and examinations. * Provide pre\-operative and post\-operative nursing care as required. **Patient Safety \& Quality** * Maintain patient safety, infection control, and hygiene standards. * Identify and report changes in patient condition promptly. * Follow hospital/clinic policies, protocols, and clinical guidelines. * Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. **Documentation \& Compliance** * Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records. * Ensure proper documentation in electronic or paper medical records. * Comply with QCHP licensing requirements and nursing scope of practice. **Communication \& Coordination** * Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and procedures. * Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members. * Participate in handover, nursing rounds, and multidisciplinary meetings.
