Job Description We are looking for an **Arabic Juice Specialist** with hands-on experience in preparing fresh juices and cold beverages to the highest quality standards, demonstrating speed, hygiene, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced delivery-driven environment. Responsibilities * Prepare fresh juices, cocktails, smoothies, mojitos, and cold beverages. * Innovate and develop new recipes to suit customer preferences. * Prepare daily fruits and vegetables and maintain their freshness. * Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workstation and equipment. * Monitor inventory and inform management of any shortages. * Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with the operations team. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a juice specialist in a juice bar, café, or restaurant. * Experience in preparing Arabic juices, cocktails, and smoothies. * Speed in execution with attention to presentation quality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Commitment, discipline, and good interpersonal skills within the team. * Prior experience in Gulf countries is preferred.
