In this role, you will champion data product management, support advanced analytics delivery, and support dataset development. You will leverage our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and Power BI environment to turn complex aviation data into scalable, high\-impact data products. **Key Responsibilities** * Enable Data as a service: Treat data as a consumable asset, creating self\-service, reusable data products for the organization. * Bridge Business \& Tech: Translate needs from business unit need especially in the area of Customer Experience into GCP data product \& technical specs. * Act as Consultant: Advise business units on how to formulate questions, design experiments, and use data to solve operational roadblocks. * Advocate Strategy: Champion best practices for data governance, self\-service BI, and data\-informed decision. * Uncover Trends: Analyze complex data, passenger, and customer journey datasets to drive strategic decisions. * Support the CXBI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio. * Develop insightful dashboards for the Customer Experience department. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualification** **Qualification and experience** Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job\-related experience **Essential** Experience in a similar role with a focus on Power BI, Alteryx, SQL. Experience working in Data Analytics field as data product development or product owner Experience in Customer Experience \& customer journey area in an airline Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data. Experience in preparing and giving presentations on business performance to middle and senior management.
