Ensure efficient building operations with high standards of safety and quality **Job Title:** Facilities Management Supervisor (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / BMS / ELV / MEP) **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Facilities Management Supervisor** to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, BMS, ELV, and overall MEP systems across multiple facilities in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands\-on experience in facilities management, ensuring efficient building operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operation and maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, BMS, ELV, and MEP systems. * Lead and coordinate technicians, maintenance teams, and subcontractors. * Ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance is executed as per schedule. * Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. * Respond to breakdowns, emergency maintenance, and service requests promptly. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. * Review maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with company policies, Qatar regulations, and HSE standards. * Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of spare parts and materials. * Support FM management in preparing reports, budgets, and operational planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. * Minimum **7\+ years of Facilities Management experience**, including at least **2 years in a supervisory role**. * Strong knowledge of: * Electrical Systems * Mechanical Systems * HVAC Systems * Building Management Systems (BMS) * Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems * MEP systems * Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or large\-scale FM environments. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. * Good knowledge of CMMS and maintenance systems. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of HSE standards and FM best practices.
