Coordinate with technicians, clients, and other MEP teams MEP Electrical \& Plumbing Engineer **Job Title:** MEP Electrical \& Plumbing Engineer **Department:** MEP / Maintenance **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **MEP Electrical \& Plumbing Engineer** to join our team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for buildings and facilities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and modification works. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary system issues. * Review and interpret electrical, plumbing, and MEP drawings. * Coordinate with technicians, foremen, clients, suppliers, and other MEP teams. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship. * Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and work progress. * Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards. * Coordinate with procurement and stores for required MEP materials and spare parts. * Prepare technical, maintenance, inspection, and progress reports. * Assist with material estimation, quantity take\-offs, and quotation preparation. * Supervise and guide MEP technicians and ensure proper completion of assigned work. * Identify technical problems and provide practical and cost\-effective solutions. * Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field**. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant MEP experience**, preferably in Qatar/GCC. * Strong practical knowledge of both **electrical and plumbing systems**. * Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, MEP contracting, or similar projects. * Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, distribution panels, lighting, wiring, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. * Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to supervise technicians and manage site activities independently. * Qatar/GCC driving licence is an advantage. **Salary:** Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
