Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and handling various tasks to enhance productivity. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. * Coordinate and book various appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently. * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses. * Liaise with suppliers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and maintaining strong professional relationships. * Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. * Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. * Undertake additional assignments and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs. Qualifications Required: * Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role for more than 2 years. * Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment. * High level of professionalism and discretion.
