The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC router machines to produce high\-quality wood components in line with design specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up, program, and operate CNC router machines for wood manufacturing. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files (CAD/CAM). * Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products by conducting regular inspections and measurements. * Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance. * Collaborate with production and design teams to meet project deadlines. * Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator in wood manufacturing or a related industry. * Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machine setup. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high\-quality work. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
