Summary: Manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance within a hospitality setting. Highlights: 1. Support financial analysis and business performance insights Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across multiple hospitality outlets. * Reconcile revenue reports from POS systems, hotel management systems, and payment gateways. * Ensure accurate recording of sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory transactions. * Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. * Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies. * Process supplier payments and manage vendor account reconciliations. * Support payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements. * Monitor food \& beverage cost controls and operational expenses. * Assist management with financial analysis and business performance insights. * Maintain organized financial records and accounting documentation. * Support implementation and improvement of accounting systems and internal controls. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Experience with accounting software and hospitality POS systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. * Knowledge of VAT/tax regulations and payroll processing. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities or outlets. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
