**Job Description**
The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at the airport, assisting them with arrivals and departures, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a smooth transfer experience between the airport and the property (hotel/resort/agency). The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements.
* Coordinate with the hotel’s front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times.
* Ensure accurate and timely guest pick\-up and drop\-off services.
* Maintain up\-to\-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to the concerned departments.
* Assist guests with check\-in/check\-out procedures when required.
* Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure a warm welcome experience.
* Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers.
* Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.
* Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management.
* Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times.
**Qualifications** **Qualifications \& Skills:**
* **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
* **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or airline industry).
* **Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
+ Customer\-service\-oriented and professional appearance.
+ Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
+ Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services.
