Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints We are seeking a customer\-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. * Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints. * Accurately record customer interactions and follow up on requests. * Coordinate with branches and other departments to resolve customer issues. * Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times. * Promote products, services, and ongoing offers when applicable. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in the F\&B industry is highly preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Customer Service ? * What is your notice Period ?
