Career growth opportunities within a well-established company **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the day\-to\-day accounting operations of the company. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Prepare and finalize annual accounts and coordinate with external auditors during the audit process. * Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards. * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger activities. * Perform month\-end and year\-end closing procedures. * Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and balance sheet accounts. * Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor the company's financial position. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability for construction and fit\-out projects. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT requirements (where applicable), and company financial policies. * Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. * Supervise and mentor the accounting team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage. * 10–15 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction, interior fit\-out, or contracting industry. * Proven experience preparing and finalizing annual financial statements. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cash flow management. * Experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines. * **Arabic nationality is required.** * GCC experience is preferred. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 per month. * Career growth opportunities within a well\-established construction company. * Professional and collaborative working environment. * Opportunity to contribute to high\-profile interior fit\-out and joinery projects. **Experience Required:** 10–15 years **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Experience: * Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
