Requirements: Strong practical experience in villa construction execution and on-site supervision of all project phases. Ability to supervise daily operations and coordinate among workers, foremen, and subcontractors. Experience in reading architectural and structural drawings and supervising execution according to approved specifications. Quality control of works and ensuring compliance with the schedule and project requirements. Coordination with consultants, clients, and suppliers as required by the job. Preparation of daily reports and submission of observations and updates to project management. Practical personality capable of on-site supervision and on-the-spot decision-making.
