The position necessitates being an information provider, coffee server, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, resort representative, public relations agent, all performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness. **Qualifications*** At least 2\-3 years experience in a similar role * Positive attitude with excellent guest service skills
