The role ensures timely laundry and dry\-cleaning services while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities * Operate dry\-cleaning, washing, drying, and pressing machines * Clean and press guest clothing, staff uniforms, and hotel linens * Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special handling instructions * Apply stain\-removal treatments using proper chemicals and techniques * Sort items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning method * Fold, package, and deliver cleaned garments to guests or departments * Maintain laundry equipment and report any malfunctions * Ensure proper usage and storage of laundry chemicals * Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area * Handle guest requests professionally and promptly * Keep records of guest laundry and dry\-cleaning orders Requirements \& Skills * Previous experience in hotel laundry or dry\-cleaning preferred * Knowledge of fabric care and stain\-removal techniques * Ability to operate laundry and pressing equipment * Good attention to detail and time management * Basic communication skills * Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays * Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift laundry loads **Qualifications** Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Hospitality or laundry experience is an advantage
