Identify cost-saving opportunities **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced F\&B Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic Food \& Beverage team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement, particularly in import and export operations, supplier management, and cost optimization within the F\&B industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies * Handle import/export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations related to procurement and import/export * Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F\&B industry * Strong experience in import and export procedures * Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Strong knowledge of local suppliers and international sourcing * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in food production, F\&B or hospitality sector * Knowledge of Qatar customs regulations and logistics processes **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a fast\-growing brand * Dynamic and professional work environment Application Question(s): * Are you currently based in Qatar with a valid QID? * Do you accept a total monthly salary package of QAR 5,000?
