What You’ll Do: * Lead and manage daily property sales operations and sales team performance. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase property sales. * Promote residential, commercial, or industrial properties to prospective clients and investors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners. * Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property demand to identify opportunities. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. * Ensure smooth coordination of documentation, reservations, and property transactions. * Maintain excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or sales leadership. * Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to lead teams and meet sales targets. * Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Willing to work on\-site in Urdaneta City.
