Job Summary: A Civil Engineer Quantity Surveyor and Pricing Engineer is required for all work items in palace, villa, and government project scopes. Key Highlights of the Position: 1. Experience in pricing projects from excavation to turnkey delivery and VIP finishing. 2. Ability to prepare quantity take-off schedules and specifications with high accuracy. 3. Good knowledge of specifications and contracts, with speed and accuracy in review. Quantity Surveyor and Pricing Engineer \- Full-time (Civil Engineer responsible for quantity surveying and pricing of all work items from excavation to complete finishing for palaces, residential villas, and government projects) \- Minimum (3–5\) years of experience in quantity surveying and pricing within Qatar. Responsibilities: * Ability to prepare quantity take-off schedules and specifications with high accuracy ⁠ \- Experience in pricing projects from excavation to turnkey delivery, especially VIP palace and villa fit\-out finishing of all types * Ability to follow up on government tenders and bids. * Ability to prepare BOQs, pricing requests, and price analysis. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity surveying software. * Good knowledge of specifications and contracts. * High speed and accuracy in reviewing and verifying quantities.
