Supervise and train emergency personnel Qualification: Diploma/ ITI Requirements: Fluency in English, Driving License Resposibilities: * Oversee and coordinate fire safety operations, including fire prevention, fire response, and emergency medical services. * Develop, implement and maintain fire safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of firefighters, paramedics and other emergency personnel. * Provide training and development opportunities to improve the skills and knowledge of emergency personnel. * Communicate with other departments, agencies and the public to coordinate fire safety and emergency medical services. * Develop and manage a budget for fire safety operations, equipment and supplies. * Investigate fires to determine their cause and make recommendations for fire prevention.
