Summary: The Human Resource Operations Executive manages daily Corporate Affairs, HR, Immigration, and Administrative coordination, ensuring compliance and supporting employee lifecycles. Coordinate various stakeholders and maintain comprehensive records. **Job Summary** The Human Resource Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day\-to\-day operations of Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Immigration, and Administrative coordination across the organization. The role ensures regulatory compliance, maintains corporate records, supports employee lifecycle management, coordinates immigration activities, and acts as the central point of coordination between employees, IT, Administration, and management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities **Corporate Affairs** · Maintain all company statutory and legal records. · Coordinate company registrations, renewals, amendments, and government approvals. · Coordinate with PROs, legal consultants and government authorities. · Prepare corporate letters, declarations, resolutions, and supporting documentation. · Ensure corporate compliance trackers remain updated. **Human Resources** **Recruitment** · Coordinate recruitment process. · Arrange interviews. · Prepare offer letters. · Coordinate onboarding activities. · Employee Administration · Maintain complete employee files. · Prepare employment contracts and amendments. · Manage probation confirmations. · Process promotions, transfers, salary revisions, and employee status changes. · Coordinate resignations, terminations, and exit formalities. · Leave Management · Process leave applications. · Maintain leave balances. · Coordinate leave approvals. · Monitor return from leave. **Attendance \& Payroll Support** · Review attendance records. · Coordinate timesheets. · Prepare payroll inputs. · Verify salary adjustments. · Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing. · HR Compliance · Ensure employee documentation remains valid. · Maintain confidentiality of HR records. · Support internal HR audits. · Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. **Immigration \& Government Affairs** · Coordinate new employment visas. · Process visa renewals. · Coordinate residency permit renewals. · Process ID card renewals. · Coordinate medical examinations and biometric appointments. · Process employee transfers. · Coordinate employee secondments. · Process visa cancellations. · Coordinate family visas where applicable. · Maintain immigration tracker. · Monitor expiry dates and notify employees in advance. · Liaise with PROs and government departments. · Maintain complete immigration records for all employees. **IT \& Administration Coordination** · Coordinate new user onboarding. · Coordinate laptop and equipment allocation. · Coordinate email account creation. · Track IT assets assigned to employees. · Coordinate employee offboarding with IT. · Follow up on IT support requests. · Maintain IT asset register. · Coordinate office administration requirements. · Monitor office supplies. · Coordinate maintenance requests. · Coordinate office access cards and keys. · Support travel bookings and accommodation arrangements. · Coordinate courier services. · Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities. **Skills \& Competencies** · Strong knowledge of HR administration · Knowledge of immigration and labor procedures · Excellent documentation and record management · Strong coordination and follow\-up skills · Excellent written and verbal communication · High attention to detail · Confidentiality and integrity · Time management · Problem\-solving ability · Ability to manage multiple priorities **Technical Skills** · Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Outlook · SharePoint · HRMS / ERP Systems · Document Management Systems · Government portals (where applicable) **Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline. **Experience** 3–5 years' experience in HR Administration, Corporate Affairs, PRO Coordination, or Administration. Experience handling employee documentation and immigration processes. Experience coordinating with government authorities and external service providers is preferred. Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resource Operations: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Preferred) * Hindi (Preferred) * Arabic (Preferred) Work Location: In person
