Maintain systems, networks, and assist with IT policies and security **IT Support Coordinator** **Serviceth LLC (Branch 3\) – Lusail** Serviceth LLC (Branch 3\), located in Lusail, is seeking a skilled and organized **IT Support Coordinator** to oversee daily IT support operations and ensure smooth technical functioning across the branch. **Job Summary** The IT Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT support activities, resolving technical issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring timely support for end users. This role acts as the main point of contact between staff and IT services, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line and second\-line technical support to staff. * Coordinate and manage IT support requests through a ticketing system. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime. * Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required. * Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of assets. * Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and best practices. * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective. * Escalate complex technical issues to higher\-level support when necessary. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests. **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms. * Basic understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, LAN/WAN). * Experience in corporate IT environments. **Work Location** Lusail – Branch 3, Serviceth LLC **Employment Type** Full\-time Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
