




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced **Administrative Manager** to oversee and coordinate day\-to\-day administrative operations within our organization. The role requires strong leadership skills, service industry exposure, and the ability to manage and support a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily administrative and office operations * Lead, guide, and coordinate the administrative team * Ensure smooth inter\-departmental coordination * Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports * Manage attendance, schedules, and office procedures * Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required * Implement and monitor internal policies and processes * Provide administrative support to senior management Requirements: * Minimum **5 years of relevant administrative management experience** (mandatory) * Prior experience in the **service industry** * Proven **team handling and leadership abilities** * Proficiency in **Malayalam and Hindi** * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools Preferred Attributes: * Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities * Detail\-oriented with a problem\-solving approach * Professional attitude and strong work ethics Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month
