Collaborative and professional office environment **Business Coordinator** **Company:** Bashundhara\-BD LLC **Location:** Lusail, Qatar **Job Summary:** Bashundhara\-BD LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, streamline internal processes, and ensure effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor day\-to\-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow. * Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders. * Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management review. * Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. * Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff. * Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. * Support procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination as needed. * Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally. * Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in a fast\-paced corporate environment. * Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems. * Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred). **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position based in Lusail. * Collaborative and professional office environment. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package. * Opportunities for career growth and development. * Health and other company\-provided benefits as per policy. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
