The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, coordinating events, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise catering operations for events and daily services * Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored catering solutions * Develop menus in collaboration with chefs based on client needs and budgets * Supervise catering staff and ensure smooth service execution during events * Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service * Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage * Monitor budgets, control costs, and support preparation of quotations * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) * Handle last\-minute changes and resolve operational issues efficiently **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Catering, or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in catering or hospitality operations * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and client handling abilities * Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * catering/hospitality industry: 5 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
