We are looking for qualified and experienced **External Procurement / Purchasing Representative (مندوب مشتريات)** to join our Procurement Department for ongoing construction projects in Qatar **Job Summary:** Responsible for local purchasing activities, supplier follow\-up, and ensuring timely delivery of approved materials to construction sites across Qatar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily follow\-ups with local suppliers, workshops, and factories * Execute purchase orders as instructed by the procurement department * Coordinate deliveries to site and follow up on urgent material requirements * Visit suppliers for inspections, samples, mockups, and documentation collection * Coordinate transportation, delivery notes, and site receiving procedures * Ensure materials delivered comply with approvals and purchase orders * Support site teams with urgent and miscellaneous purchases * Maintain good working relationships with suppliers in the Qatari market **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred) * 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within Qatar * Strong knowledge of Doha and local industrial areas * Ability to handle urgent site requirements * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Valid **Qatar driving license (mandatory)** Job Type: Full\-time
