Collaborative and innovation-focused work environment Dia21 Holding IT is seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Holding IT Manager** to oversee and drive technology operations across our diversified business portfolio in Ar Rayyan, Qatar. This leadership role is ideal for a forward\-thinking IT professional who can align technology initiatives with business objectives, strengthen digital transformation efforts, and ensure operational excellence across multiple business units. As the Holding IT Manager, you will lead enterprise\-wide IT strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology innovation while supporting the continued growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the group's IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals and business objectives. * Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems across multiple subsidiaries and business units. * Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. * Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, technology procurement, and resource allocation. * Establish and enforce IT governance, security policies, compliance standards, and best practices. * Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all technology platforms and systems. * Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments to support business growth. * Coordinate disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and risk management initiatives. * Provide executive leadership with technology insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 7\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of enterprise technology environments. * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and network management. * Experience managing multi\-site or multi\-business IT operations is highly desirable. * Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities. * Strong financial acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts. * Excellent analytical, communication, and decision\-making skills. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline. * Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent. * Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization projects. * Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and enterprise software platforms. * Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and information security standards.
