Summary: We are seeking an IT Support professional to ensure smooth IT operations, provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity, and assist in maintaining secure IT environments. Assist in maintaining server and system environments We are Hiring for IT Support to join our team. * Ensure smooth day\-to\-day IT operations and user support services. * Support users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Assist in maintaining secure and efficient IT environments. * Support business continuity through timely issue resolution and preventive maintenance. 3\.1 End User Support * Provide first and second\-level technical support to users. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues. * Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral configurations. * Assist users with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. * Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner. 3\.2 Network \& Infrastructure Support * Support maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including wired and wireless environments. * Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues. * Assist with internet, VPN, and remote access support. * Support CCTV, IP telephony, and related infrastructure systems where applicable. 3\.3 System Administration Support * Assist in maintaining server and system environments. * Support user account management and access permissions. * Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and support activities. * Assist in system updates, patching, and routine maintenance activities. IT Operations \& Maintenance * Perform preventive maintenance for IT equipment and systems. * Monitor IT equipment health and report issues proactively. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance activities. * Maintain inventory records of IT assets and equipment where required. * Support setup and deployment of new hardware and software. Security \& Compliance Support * Follow organizational IT security policies and procedures. * Assist in implementing basic security controls and best practices. * Report security incidents, vulnerabilities, or operational risks. * Support antivirus, endpoint protection, and access control measures. 3\.6 Technical Assistance for Projects * Support implementation of new systems, devices, and technologies. * Participate in testing, setup, and rollout activities for IT initiatives. * Provide operational support during project implementation phases.
