Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join in Facility Management team. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle procurement activities for facility management operations * Source suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts * Purchase materials, equipment, and maintenance\-related items * Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials * Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders * Monitor stock availability and prevent material shortages * Compare quotations and ensure cost\-effective purchasing * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors * Support operational teams with urgent procurement requirements **Requirements** * 3–4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in Facility Management * Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing * Good negotiation and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple purchases and urgent requirements * Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred Preferred Candidate * Candidates with experience in facility management procurement operations * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and cost management skills **Apply Now** **Send your CV to: 71388442** Pay: Up to QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
