We work with startups and established companies to help them operate smarter, faster, and with fewer inefficiencies. **Role Overview** We are looking for a Global Sales Partner based in the Middle East who will drive business development and establish MannieDev as a trusted technology partner in the region. This is a commission\-based, high\-impact role ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional with strong regional networks and experience in B2B technology or IT services sales. You will focus on: * Lead generation * Customer acquisition * Relationship management * Market expansion strategy You bring the opportunities; we handle delivery, technology, and execution. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Lead Generation \& Market Development** * Identify and target companies that can benefit from digital transformation * Prospect via networking, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar **2\. Client Acquisition** * Engage decision\-makers (CEOs, CTOs, founders, executives) * Present MannieDev’s solutions in a consultative manner * Educate prospects on the value of custom software, automation, and SaaS **3\. Sales Process Ownership** * Qualify leads and identify real business needs * Coordinate discovery sessions with MannieDev’s technical team * Support proposal development and negotiations * Close deals and secure long\-term partnerships **4\. Relationship Management** * Build strong, long\-term client relationships * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities * Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business **5\. Strategic Market Insights** * Advise MannieDev on regional trends and opportunities * Provide insights into industry demands and customer expectations * Contribute to localized go\-to\-market strategies **6\.
