Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance Job Title: Senior UV Flexo Printing Operator – Gallus LM 440 Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior UV Flexo Printing Operator to join our expanding production facility in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience operating Gallus LM 440 presses and a deep understanding of UV flexographic printing processes within high\-quality label and packaging production environments. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain Gallus LM 440 UV flexographic printing presses. * Ensure consistent print quality, registration, and color accuracy throughout production runs. * Perform color matching and color adjustments according to client specifications and Pantone standards. * Handle and print on a variety of substrates including filmic materials, self\-adhesive labels, and shrink sleeve materials. * Set up printing jobs including plates, inks, anilox rolls, sleeves, and substrates. * Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, curing, registration, and substrate behavior. * Work closely with quality control teams to maintain high production standards. * Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal press performance. * Follow all safety and production procedures within the facility. Requirements: * Proven experience operating Gallus LM 440 or similar UV flexo presses. * Strong expertise in UV flexographic printing technology. * Experience with color matching and ink management systems. * Hands\-on experience with shrink sleeves, filmic substrates, and pressure\-sensitive labels. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills in a production environment. * Ability to work in a high\-volume, quality\-driven manufacturing environment. Preferred: * Experience in international label and packaging production. * Technical training in printing technology or related field.
