Career development and growth opportunities **Job Title: Artisan Coordinator** **Company: Giuseppe Granata LLC** **Location: Doha, Qatar** **Job Summary:** Giuseppe Granata LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Artisan Coordinator to oversee and support skilled artisans in delivering high\-quality craftsmanship across projects. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between artisans, project teams, and management, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily activities of artisans and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow * Assign tasks based on project requirements, skills, and deadlines * Monitor progress of artisan work to ensure quality standards and timelines are achieved * Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients regarding specifications and updates * Source materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability * Maintain records of production schedules, inventory, and artisan output * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and excellence * Support onboarding and scheduling of freelance or contract artisans when required * Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies * Assist in planning and executing custom or high\-end artisan projects **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Arts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 2–4 years of experience in coordination, production, or artisan\-related environments * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Basic understanding of craftsmanship processes (e.g., woodworking, metalwork, textiles, or similar) * Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively * Attention to detail and commitment to quality **Preferred Skills:** * Experience working with artisans, workshops, or creative production teams * Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes * Knowledge of design specifications and custom production workflows * Multilingual abilities are an advantage **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with skilled artisans and creative professionals * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Career development and growth opportunities نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
