Job Offer: Junior Cafe Chef (Morning Shift) We are looking for a Junior Cafe Chef who is passionate about food, eager to grow, and ready to take responsibility in the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone with ambition, focus, and a strong willingness to learn and develop. Position: Junior Cafe Chef Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Off Days: 1 day per week ⸻ Key Responsibilities: \* Prepare food items ahead of service (mise en place) \* Cook breakfast items, especially all types of eggs (omelets, scrambled, poached, etc.) \* Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and light cafe meals \* Assist in dessert preparation and plating (cakes, waffles, French toast, etc.) \* Follow recipe cards and maintain consistency in taste and presentation \* Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready at all times \* Check product expiration dates and ensure proper food storage \* Monitor kitchen inventory and prepare orders at least 2 days in advance \* Follow instructions from the manager and support overall kitchen operations \* Comply with all health and safety regulations ⸻ Requirements: \* Basic kitchen or cafe experience preferred \* Valid health certificate \* Willingness to learn and grow in the role \* Strong focus, discipline, and attention to detail \* Ability to work under pressure during busy hours \* Good teamwork and communication skills ⸻ What We Are Looking For: \* A motivated individual with ambition to grow into a senior role \* Someone who can take responsibility and eventually handle the kitchen \* Positive attitude, commitment, and reliability ⸻ If you are serious about building your career in the kitchen and want to grow with a professional cafe team, we encourage you to apply.
