Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality **Job Title:** Center Operations Coordinator **Company:** Rojna Center LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** The Center Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day functioning of Rojna Center LLC. This role involves coordinating administrative activities, supporting staff and clients, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the center. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure efficiency and organization * Coordinate schedules, appointments, and facility usage * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders * Support internal teams with administrative tasks and operational needs * Monitor inventory and manage procurement of office and facility supplies * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations * Assist in organizing events, programs, and center activities * Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional manner * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation * Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in customer service or center\-based operations * Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems * Knowledge of local regulations and operational standards in Qatar **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position based in Doha * May require occasional flexibility in working hours depending on events or operational needs **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and suitability for the role.
