Management of IT and Engineering Teams **Job Description** We are seeking a **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** with proven leadership and strategic experience in technology and innovation management, to lead the company’s technology vision and develop digital infrastructure aligned with business goals. The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing the technology strategy, overseeing the development of systems and digital solutions, managing IT and engineering teams, ensuring information security and business continuity, and keeping pace with the latest innovations and technologies. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the technology strategy in alignment with corporate goals and growth plans. * Lead digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies to enhance operational efficiency. * Oversee development and maintenance of systems, applications, and technical infrastructure. * Manage IT, software development, cybersecurity, and technology operations teams. * Define the technology roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies for implementation as needed. * Ensure information security, data protection, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. * Oversee design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, data centers, and network solutions. * Manage technology budgets and optimize resource utilization and technology investments. * Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology requirements and support strategic initiatives. * Manage technology vendors and partners, and negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) and service continuity planning. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management. * Foster an innovation culture and develop technical capabilities within the organization. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or Technology Management is preferred. * Minimum of **15 years** of experience in Information Technology or Technology, including at least **7 years** in a leadership or executive role. * Proven experience in developing technology strategies and managing digital transformation. * Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (**AWS**, **Microsoft Azure**, **Google Cloud Platform**), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and software development. * Experience managing technical infrastructure, **ERP**, **CRM**, and digital business platforms. * Professional certifications such as **PMP**, **TOGAF**, **ITIL**, **CISSP**, or equivalent are preferred. * Proficiency in project management tools and modern technologies. * Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. **Required Skills** * Strong leadership and strategic skills. * Ability to formulate technology visions and translate them into actionable plans. * Strong project, budget, and resource management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical thinking and ability to make strategic decisions. * Ability to lead change and innovation in a dynamic work environment.
