Ensure high standards of customer service **Gift Sales Coordinator – The Emerald Gifts LLC (Lusail)** **Position Overview** The Emerald Gifts LLC, based in Lusail, is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Gift Sales Coordinator** to support and drive sales operations within our gifting division. The role involves coordinating client orders, managing sales inquiries, supporting corporate gifting accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person interactions * Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized gifting solutions for individual and corporate clients * Coordinate with inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment * Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and order tracking systems * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, promotions, and corporate gifting programs * Support showroom or retail activities when required * Ensure high standards of customer service aligned with The Emerald Gifts LLC brand **Requirements** * Previous experience in sales, retail coordination, or customer service (gifting or luxury retail experience is an advantage) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment * Attention to detail and a customer\-first mindset * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus **Preferred Attributes** * Creative thinking for personalized gifting solutions * Professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills * Ability to work collaboratively across departments **Work Location** Lusail, Qatar **Employment Type** Full\-time **About The Emerald Gifts LLC** The Emerald Gifts LLC is a premium gifting company dedicated to delivering elegant, customized, and meaningful gift solutions for individuals and corporate clients.
