Generate daily reports on production and incidents **Job Specifications** * Operate and monitor mill machinery through the **SCADA / control panel**, adjusting operational parameters as required. * Operate and monitor mill machinery, adjusting parameters as needed using the control panel. * Report equipment malfunctions and failures promptly to the reporting manager. * Operate the crusher, set adjustments, and meet crushing targets efficiently. * Perform routine checks and maintenance on the crusher. * Conduct daily maintenance of all production equipment, including hoppers and conveyors. * Supervise the filling of hoppers with specified materials, ensuring zero errors. * Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyors belt. * Set up and operate mills for various products such as Barite, Bentonite, Calcium (Coarse, Medium, Fine), and Marble (Coarse, Medium, Fine). * Fill bulk trucks with Barite and Bentonite, ensuring correct measurements and quality. * Maintain detailed records of mill downtime and operational hours. * Provide daily reports to the Mill Supervisor, highlighting production metrics and any incidents. **Requirements** · Mechanical Diploma certificate preferred * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in similar roles in an oil company will be preferred * Must be able to speak and write English Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in operating and monitoring the mill machine through the SCADA / control panel?
