To strengthen our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence. Role Overview The **Production Manager** will be responsible for managing production operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring product quality. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. * Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company objectives. * Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. * Manage budgets, resources, and production schedules effectively. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Lead and mentor production staff to achieve operational excellence. * Report regularly to senior leadership on production performance and risks. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale manufacturing operations. * Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
