Lead and develop supply chain teams **Job Overview** We are seeking a strategic and results\-driven **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize end\-to\-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost\-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize the full supply chain process (procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution) * Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals * Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability * Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships * Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement * Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs * Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies * Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation * Lead and develop supply chain teams **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * At least **5\+ years of experience** in supply chain, logistics, or operations management * Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities * Leadership and team management experience * Good communication and stakeholder management skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR31,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
