We are looking for an experienced **Civil / Facility Management Supervisor** to join our team for an ongoing project with Qatar Energy in Qatar. **Experience** * 5–6 years of relevant experience. **Qualification** * Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise day\-to\-day execution of Civil and Facility Management works. * Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and equipment. * Execute civil maintenance, finishing works, tile works, waterproofing, epoxy flooring, painting, and repair works. * Basic supervision of plumbing, drainage, and minor mechanical maintenance activities. * Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion of works. * Coordinate with Engineers, Clients, and site teams. * Prepare daily progress reports and manpower records. **Preferred Skills** * Good leadership and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities.
