Identify technical issues and provide engineering solutions **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Civil Engineer** to design, plan, and manage construction, infrastructure, and MEP\-related projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project resources to achieve successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute civil engineering projects in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. * Supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractors to ensure timely project completion. * Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, specifications, and project documentation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. * Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, HSE requirements, and environmental standards. * Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum **6 years of relevant experience** in civil engineering, including project management of construction, infrastructure, and/or MEP projects. * Experience in structural, geotechnical, transportation, or water/wastewater engineering is an advantage. * Previous experience working on **QatarEnergy** projects is preferred. * Good knowledge of QatarEnergy procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, HSE requirements, and related standards. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Civil 3D**, **Microsoft Office**, and project management software. * Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and construction materials. * Excellent communication, analytical, problem\-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. **Contract Duration** **6 months**, commencing **07 July 2026**.
