Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage * Minimum of 5 years experience in Qatar with hands on experience in Civil Construction as a site engineer, good understanding of the design, drawing, materials, quantity measurement and validation. * Transferable visa * MMUP / UPDA certified * Well versed with Qatar Civil Standard and local regulations * Having certification in PMP or project Management is an added advantage * Fluent in english.
