Exposure to large-scale projects in a dynamic work environment We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled **Junior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing) Engineer** to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will support design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems on building and infrastructure projects, working closely with senior engineers, site teams, and consultants. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and reviewing MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical documentation. * Coordinate MEP engineering activities between disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). * Support site execution and installation supervision to ensure compliance with designs and specifications. * Prepare cost estimates, material take\-offs, and support quantity calculations. * Use AutoCAD / project software to prepare technical plans and documents. * Inspect and troubleshoot MEP systems, assist in resolving technical issues. * Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld on site. * Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as needed. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering** or a related engineering discipline. * 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with internships are welcome). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, MS Office; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM tools is a plus. * Good understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision. **Preferred** * Experience on construction sites. * Knowledge of local Qatar standards / Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS). * Valid Qatar Driving License. **What We Offer** * Professional growth and career development. * Exposure to large\-scale projects in a dynamic work environment.
