Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP **We're Hiring \| MEP BIM Modeler** **About the Role** We are hiring for one of our clients an experienced **MEP BIM Modeler** to join a prestigious infrastructure project. If you have strong expertise in MEP modeling and are available to join immediately, we'd like to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop accurate Fire Protection and Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit. · Create, modify, and maintain MEP Revit families as per project requirements. · Produce coordinated BIM models in accordance with client standards and BIM execution plans. · Perform model coordination and clash detection with other disciplines and resolve identified issues. · Generate shop drawings, installation drawings, schedules, and quantity take\-offs from BIM models. · Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and coordination comments. · Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and BIM standards. · Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other BIM modelers to ensure seamless project delivery. · Participate in coordination meetings and implement agreed design changes. · Deliver project milestones within the agreed timelines while maintaining high\-quality standards. **Requirements** · Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler. · Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP for Fire Protection and Plumbing modeling. · Hands\-on experience in MEP Family Creation and customization. · Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows. · Ability to develop coordinated MEP models and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks). · Experience in preparing shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from BIM models. · Familiarity with international codes and standards related to Fire Protection and Plumbing systems. · Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent. · Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within project deadlines.
