Engage in detailed technical submittals and quality assessments **Architect / QA QC (Fit out and Joinery)** \* Relevant experience of 5\-8 years in Joinery works and fit out. \* Bachelor’s Degree in Architect / Civil Engineering. \* Strong background in Architectural materials and shop drawings submittals; especially joinery items. \* Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery. \* Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. \* Excellent communication skills both oral and written. \* Ability to multi\-task; and deadline driven. \* Transferable visa (with NOC); and can join immediately. ***Architect Job Description:*** · Prepare technical submittal such as Material Approval Request (MAR), Method of Statement (MS), Inspection and compliance statement. · Maintain a good understanding of the project priorities based on project execution programmed including but not limited to engineering, procurement, cost and execution without compromising safety \& quality. · Assist in any collaboration between project managers for the required project engineering documents such as shop drawings, material submittals, method of statement and delivering prototypes. · Good knowledge of all interior Materials, Wood, Veneer, MDF, Plywood, Adhesive, Metals, Glass, Fire rated doors. · Maintain a good understanding of the project priorities based on project execution programmed including but not limited to engineering, procurement, cost and execution without compromising safety \& quality. **QA QC Job Description:** · Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery. · Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. · Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. · Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications. · Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. · Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. · Resolve quality\-related issues in a timely manner. · Monitor the production phase at various levels.
