Expert in joinery techniques, wood properties, and fit-out installation Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our site teams. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high\-quality craftsmanship, and managing project timelines for interior fit\-out projects. ​Key Responsibilities ​ Supervision: Manage carpentry crews to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to schedules. ​Technical: Interpret architectural drawings/blueprints and layout work for the team. ​Quality Control: Inspect all joinery and installation work to ensure it meets specifications. ​Materials: Calculate requirements, manage inventory, and minimize material waste. ​Safety: Enforce strict site safety protocols and proper tool usage. ​Reporting: Update the Project Manager on progress and resolve site issues immediately. ​Requirements ​Experience: 15 years in carpentry, with 5 years in a supervisory role. ​Skills: Expert in joinery techniques, wood properties, and fit\-out installation. ​Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written). ​Documentation: Ability to read shop drawings and create cutting lists. ​License: Valid driver’s license Job Type: Full\-time
