Career development opportunities within a growing company **Project Coordinator – Ribeiro Projetos LLC (Doha, Qatar)** Ribeiro Projetos LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and design projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily project activities between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams * Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets * Track project progress and prepare regular status reports * Organize and maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence * Schedule and facilitate meetings, site visits, and project reviews * Monitor procurement activities and follow up on deliveries and approvals * Identify potential project risks and communicate issues promptly to management * Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements * Support quality control processes and site coordination activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within construction, engineering, or fit\-out projects * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines * Knowledge of construction workflows and documentation standards **Preferred Skills** * Experience working in GCC construction projects * Understanding of site coordination and technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on diverse and high\-profile projects in Doha * Collaborative and professional working environment * Career development opportunities within a growing company Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
